Ok, OK, I know this has been beaten to death. But want to make sure, to turn up the fuel on the pump, there is a sleave like cover that is safty wired with two 7/16 nuts under or inside (if thats better.) a small stem needle valve with an allen socket on it. Is this the ajustment to increase the fuel. I've looked through alot of passed forums and theres still a question in my mind. I KNOW, I KNOW, I'M SORRY.

Below that, two 7/16 inch head bolts to hold anothere cover, under that two half inch hex nuts make the adjustment, no allen screws. If you don't have to grind one of your half inch wrenches in half, you've probably got the wrong adjuster.
