Install info for B Pillar cover

Just wondering if anyone know or have install this:



It's very different from the standard one that's riveted on. Are there other hardware that's required to go with this cover?

That looks like the ones that cover the B tube on a hard top with a ring mount.

Correct on the hardtop. It covers a tubular roll bar to create the door jambs. 2 bolts into body, and two bolts into roof.
It is pretty much useless if you do not have a hardtop.

There wasn't too much details on the parts manuals so I figured I asked. Thanks for the confirmations and guidance. Ultimately the hardtop is coming, just not sure if it will be OEM or custom.
