Not info you are looking for, but the thermocouple produces -~1.6mV at 0°F and 26.0mV at 1200°F .

Pretty amazing it's all that drives the unamplified guage. JimK

That's why the contacts are critical in a relay or switch when switching thermocouple signals. They need to be silver or gold plated.
