Other than moving to texas where it was 80 degrees for the last three days, I can only suggest getting a good propane fan heater to heat the inside of the truck by blowing it through an open window. You also want to store your material in your house for the night to get it to a working temp before moving it outside.

I did mine when it was about 20 degrees, I kept it inside then after cutting I would hold it infront of my turbo heater until it was sticky. I still had a couple pieces that didnt stick well.
