Don't know where to get a insulated vinyl top for your truck, but I have insulated my Pinzgauer top using a rubber backed nylon outdoor/marine grade carpet, I do offroad tours up in Big Bear Lake, Ca, winter time temps are usually around -10 to mid 20's and it keeps the cab and back around 50 degrees or so during the day, Another posibility is a company called tuffriverstuff.com, he makes custom insulated tops for our pinzgauers, so maybe drop him a line and see if he can make what you need, I also am installing a Eberspacher airtronic gas heater in my pinz in the next few weeks, 12,000 btu's aught to chase away the cold.
