I changed the injectors and still has problems, getting air bubble when ever I bleed out the filter. I already had bought the injectors, so they were going to be changed anyways. Well after I completely illuminated the rear heater fuel lines from the system and bleed the air out everything seems good now. Idles normally now and ran it for 30 minutes with no surging problems. Took it for a drive and has it's power band back, still a dog compared to a pickup, but no power problems. I guess in the long run the air from the heater lines may have been a problem, but the IP was still going bad. Still good to have new injectors with a rebuilt IP for best performance,
So if you have a rear heater and do not need it, you problem may be those lines. You can block it off near the passenger front fender on the frame. There is a three way splitter that goes from the fuel tank to the fuel pump and to the rear heater system. I just used a cap from the lines that were already there for the heater.
