Is there a difference between 'DB2 831-5209' and 'DB2-5209' Fuel Injection Pumps

I have a faulty fuel injection pump, DB2 831-5209, and am able to purchase a DB2-5209, but I want to make sure it is compatible.

What differences, if any, are there between the two?

Thank you.

It's the "5209" that defines model & application: 6.5L N/A ,Military Heavy Duty, 1.2 cSt

Second pic/pump comes from a rebuilder, most likely.
