Jwade we just got a email telling us this.

The following items demil code has changed and the government now requires the completion of an end user certificate prior to removal
Item # 686851 as 2/29 /16 I thought this was sent to TSC.
Why would they now on 3/8/16 be telling me I need to fill out a EUC.
Please confirm this has been sent to TSC and there are no issues.

This makes people wonder what's going on and doesn't build confidence in the process.
Yeah I understand so let me give you some background there. We get automated emails from the DLA on occasion that will change a Demil code. Our system is integrated to automatically change these codes. The next day they send another one changing it back which really messes with our system. They've done this a handful of times.

I wouldn't consider myself a happy customer by any stretch of the imagination. Buying from govplanet is like finally hooking up with a hot celebrity - and finding out she gave you aids. 5 months of the trucks life were stolen from me.. Had the district sales manager tell me 14-28 days after paying I would be able to pick it up. Well I am 130+ days passed that promise. Wasnt like I ever dragged my feet or made a mistake on the paperwork. On the contrary I emailed and physically mailed it. And after 3 months of checking status and being told 'we have all your information" some lady who didnt know her ass from her fist restarted the entire process, I was given a new excuse every day for 8 days straight and was ultimately reassured by the manager that my euc was in a special folder of other backed eucs and would be clear in 7-10 days or 28 days worst case. That was over 60 days ago... Terrible training and terrible follow up. Should halt the auctions until the eucs are no longer 5-6 months backed up. And phone reps need a good spanking for causing unnecessary panic meanwhile making impossible claims/promises. That is all. Good luck to the rest of you!

sounds like you have been waiting more than anybody. Has anybody asked for a discount or credit for this mess? I think one is in order for all of us who have been mislead and deceived. Dang sure would not have bought had I known what I know now!!!

He typoed the purchase date. It is 11/9/15, not 1/9/15.

Here is where I'm at. We were flat lied to and probably wouldn't know it if it wasn't for ss! it is a monopoly that you can't take your business elsewhere. So here I am stuck doing business with a company I wouldn't hire to mow my yard! I am done biting my lip! This outfit will say anything to get you off the phone when you call to find out anything. I haven't seen one thing I was told come true and that includes ALL govplanet employees. It's anybody's guess when you will get what you had to promptly pay for..... RIP OFF!
