Jwade appreciate the update and look forward to purchasing a truck in the near future. Great to have you on Steel Soldiers to update us when you can and tell us how the Process is being improved where it can.

A few things I found helpful is to make sure your EUC is legible and completely filled out. When it says physical address you need to put in your physical residence address and all the blocks must be filled out as described in the EUC Instructions. When DLA TSC has to return the EUC for corrections, this starts the delay. I also found out that TSC does not only process Gov Planet's EUC's and Government Liquidations, they also process 6 other agencies EUC's in additional to non EUC related work. Quite a bit for 3 people. Finding this out helped me understand a bit more.

Is that an aspirin bottle in the background? Because that seems a little small for the amount of paperwork you have sitting there.

Just wanted to post an update: We are currently working the EUC inbox up to the date they are received which basically means no more sitting in the inbox for days and weeks until we get to it. If it needs corrections you should get a response within 24 hours. We will probably always get a little backed up on auction day and day after but we are working hard to improve the experience. For your viewing pleasure: ever heard the expression drowning in paperwork. Notice the desk too.

I purchased my HMMWV on 12/9 and still no EUC. Called multiple times and they just say keep waiting. Very frustrating.
PM me your item number when you get a chance. Never mind I found it I'll see what I can find out.

I filed my EUC on Monday night. I got an email first thing Tuesday that I had checked a box I shouldn't have. Refilled and submitted again Tuesday night. Got a wake up email this am that it was good to go and will be sent in the next batch. I have to say that is EXCELLENT EXCELLENT feedback and service !!!!!

This will hopefully be the new norm going forward. We have been working really hard for what seems like a year to get to this point. I am glad to see it is starting to pay off. Thanks for the kind words I will make sure my EUC team is made aware.

I got tired of not hearing anything and called the DLA direct. They were very helpful and researched my delay and called me back within a few hours. Turns out GP isnt exactly telling the truth when it comes up dates. Their # is 877-352-2255 and get the disposition services dept.

Give me an example? Especially if it is recent. We have well documented the struggles earlier in the year. The only communication, I show was you asking about an SF97 my response was its at the DLA when it was returned it would be sent out. That was the largest batch we had ever sent them to sign and it took about 3 weeks to get it back. If they got back to you in a few hours it was most likely they got their information from me. I handle all inquiries that come from the DLA personally.

Hello All, Just wanted to pass on some information I have gathered on the EUC process that some of you might find helpful as you wait for your approval. I will start by saying I purchased my HMMWV on January 13 2016. I submitted my EUC and payment on 01-15-2016. After my purchase I was talking with a person that I was buying parts from. He has bought several vehicles from Govplanet and he recommended that I call them to see if my EUC was received and that it filled out correctly. I called Govplanet around the 25th of January to check and see if my EUC was satisfactory. I was told that some of the numbers at the top of the form were cut off and that I needed to resend/scan my EUC. I resubmitted my EUC and according to the Govplanet website it was filed on February 1st. Once again I called Govplanet to make sure it was correct and had no issues. I was told by a Govplanet employee that is was good to go and they would submit it to TSC. My EUC according to the Govplanet Website was sent to TSC for approval on 02-25-2016. Well now it is 04-21-2016 and I still have not been approved. After seeing other posts on this forum, I was curious as to why people that had purchased and filed paperwork after me were being approved before me. So I decided to make a direct call to the TSC. A very nice lady answered the phone and gave me the following information: First she said that they received my EUC on March 23rd. I told her according to the Govplanet website it was sent to TSC on 02-25-2016 for approval. I was informed that sometimes there is a mistake on either Govplanet or on the individual that fills out the EUC and it is returned to Govplanet for corrections. So just because the Govplanet website says it was submitted on a certain date while that may be true it might be sent back to Govplanet for corrections extending the approval time. Now as of 04-21-2016 they are approving EUCs received on or before 03-14-2016. She also said that they are approved on a first come first first served basis. Next she said it might be a few more weeks before I am approved. Finally she told me they only have 3 people in the office and are working hard to approve the EUCs. I thanked her for the info. I hope this helps and might explain to a few of you out there that are still waiting on your EUCs on why it seems like it is taking so long to be approved.
I just wanted to state that Jwade and the staff at Govplanet have been extremely helpful. I know that they are swamped and have been working hard to try to streamline the EUC process and have been doing a good job. Unfortunately, My EUC was at a time when process was not as quick and I understand. I knew there was going to be a wait and was informed at the begining by Govplanet that it might take up to 12 weeks. **** I've been waiting 25 years whats a few more weeks?
This post is from my experience and from information that I have found out on my own. It is possible that maybe you have had a different experience and received different information. I don't know. Good luck to all and once again I hope this helps.

So here is where the confusion comes into play. I can pull a tracking number where yours was sent on the 03/1 via fedex ( i can supply the tracking number they are sent in several hundred at a time.) Unfortunately there will always be a lag in the two times. They don't mark them received from the day they get them from what I understand. They're numbers are always apples to oranges compared to ours. We are working to improve that.

Jwade, Appreciate your PMs and reply to my post. I know you and your team are working hard and after talking to the nice lady at TSC it seems they are doing the same as your organizations work together to better the process.
