After three years of being laid up, my M1009 thundered to life this afternoon. I replaced a harmonic balancer, as eluded to in another thread, and did the water pump along the way. With any luck at all we'll be "on patrol" again this weekend. I was shocked that thing fired right up. I did pour algacide in the tank last week just to be on the safe side. I'm stoked to say the least. The next project is probably going to be the transmission lines.
