Anyone here taken a junker...I mean a REAL junker, rust holes, parts missing or falling off, complete scrap heap...and did and complete restoration of it? Looking for before and after pics of your junker to jewel conversion....

What about this M925A2? When I got it, it had no motor, transmission, steering column, gauges, cab top, troop seats, CTIS, etc.

I did some transpromation work on a mule, does that count? I started with a basket case mule and a torch cut 106mm recoilless rifle that was violated and transformed it into the diamond. The T&E was also violated with the torch but I didn't want to post too many pictures

Here's my 923A2 project before and after. I really wanted to sandblast and paint it, but alas it had to be sold before I could finish it.

The real winner will be when I get the 925A2 finished!!

These are great before and after pics, quite a turn around from almost scrap metal condition to excellent condition at the very least! Your restos give the rest of us inspiration to work on our own rides!

This is the recovery of my 1970 Studebaker-Packard M35A1 in 1993, the operation was to restore the vehicle for drive it home on the road!
Elapsed time: 12 hours
After having replaced the brake master cylinder, replaced all lights missing , mounted the two windshield glass, replaced all wheels, mounted the front winch, two new batteries and finally the refueling, we returned home (200 Km) on the highway!
