Just picked my new 91 M998 and having a ball with her

Just picked up my 91 M998 on Saturday and so far am really pleased with it. Have to learn all the in and outs but zero issues so far. Had a friend in CT put her together for me and I had her painted to match my buddies Pinzgauer and my M101A2 (pinz green) trailer.

Thanks for the kind words guys. I will snap more pics today. I have the bows from the two man setup and will cut them down and take a an inch and a half or so out of the center section so the new rear cover will fit. I also have a pair of offset antenna mounts to put the antennas outboard and the ultra rare arctic NOS top and curtain. Now I just have to get some air plugs LOL

I do have the rear cover and bows from the 2 man setup and 4 man setup. From my research the 2 man bows need to be cut down for height and also have 1 1/2" removed from the center section for the cover to work properly. I have new seat belts for the troop seats and will be installing smaller eye bolts on the fender wells so I can use quick disconnects for the seat belts. I am also going to replace the wood slats with possibly some of that composite decking material from Home Depot and painting it Pinz green. Already have antenna offset mounts to put the antennas outboard of the troop seats. Lots of little projects ahead of me and will be picking up X doors over the winter.
