On the master cylinder fill cap 3/16" line threaded in with a elbow..Vent right? I have to start doing some brake work soon so just trying to be a little more familiar. Also on air cleaner assembly I have a tube about 3/4" to 1" diameter about 4" long sticking out. Kind of points to corner of rear cylinder head. Looks to be part of the Air Cleaner assembly. What could that be for? I looked around engine compartment and don't see anything that looks like it would connect to it hanging around.

That elbow on the master cylinder cap is indeed a vent. It is piped up into the engine compartment to allow it to vent when the master cylinder is under water while fording.
