I recently bought an m1028 that had the typical dents in the doors and bed. I bought the KD suction dent puller to pull out the dents without having to drill or weld on to the body panels and was surprised at how well it worked. The dents popped out well, leaving only minor hints of a previously dented panel. As long as the dents do not have major creases, this dent puller will pull out almost anything with good results. I just wanted to pass on information to anyone who was seeking an alternative to costly and/or time consuming fixes. This dent puller costs approximately $25 depending on where you buy it. It was well worth the price and is abviously reusable for other projects.

And where there are creases, if you have a peen hammer and a dolly, or even just another hammer head as back up, whack crease between the two, you can remove tendency for panel to re buckle.

Yes. Tap the creases gently to remove them as you pull the suction cup. Even a soft face hammer will work without leaving marks. Especially a clean hammer with no marks on the face which can damage paint.

Some dents you can remove with a very hot decal remover blower (commercial hair dryer) hand held and a bucket of ice water and rags.
