Keep getting signed off?

I keep getting signed off, kicked off or logged off after a few minutes of non activity or if I open a new page or link and have to keep logging back on. Any ideas????

Mike, Ive had pages load today, that took 12 seconds! I'm using IE. The site is definately running slower for me. Please look at this.
