Can anyone give me the PNs for the sensor assembly on the driver's side cylinder head? It is the one near the firewall, the connector snapped off.

Also is there a good reference part list diagram for the engine assembly and accessories? I couldn't locate one in the 6.2 TM. Trying to tackle all bad hoses and gasket replacements.

Thanks

That sensor is obsolete use this one, it comes with a new connector. On Amazon, picture does not show the sensor, but I just replaced my old one for the same reason with this item.

I think that sensor is the one that controls the glow plugs, to start without detecting that the engine is cold.

In my case, my board is broken and I use a manual button to activate the glow plugs, so I removed that sensor and installed this one, which has the same measurements.

ROSTRA 680002 Temperature Sender along with a temperature gauge, so I know the engine temperature at all times.

By the way, I purchased the ROSTRA 680002 Temperature Sender at Rockauto.

Thanks for the advice might look into that in the future. A lot of my wires and connectors are getting to be too fragile to move around without being overly cautious. few of the glow plug wires ripped while removing the cylinder head.
