Thanks, here’s som more getting it ready for paint. Had to put scaffolding up around everything so the painter could reach everything as easily as possible. Months of prep work and 9 hours in one day of painting. 2 coats of non sanding primer, 2 coats of base coat in all the hard to reach areas to help prevent runs, 2 plus coats of acrylic color, then 2 coats of European speed clear coat. The color is a Jeep and Dodge origin. Jeep calls it Sting Grey Dodge calls it Destroyer Grey.

Put it back together so it was road worthy and with the box mounted to a trailer I took them both to a local electrical producing power plant where my brother works they were kind enough to allow me to use their overhead crane.

I had to run back up to the start of your post when I saw the bird nest.
It just had to be Florida. And it was.

That gray is sharp looking. That scaffolding was a heck of a neat idea!

Now back to my house where I have my machine shop and so I can work on it after hours and late into the nights.
got the rear ladder on and if you look closely behind the rear tire you can see a 1/8”x1” aluminum frame I bent up to get a good visual idea of how the Grey water tank is going to look in that location.
Fender and choke block storage also shovels and ax above the driver side fender.
Storage / Tool boxes and fender. Yes Location of chainsaw box and other cordless tools.

Testing the motorcycle lift. Yes it’s going to hang out a little and I haven’t fabricated the track mount for the motorcycle instead I shifted all my work to the interior of the habitat. If your wondering about the bike it’s a Honda 125cc Grom that I changed all the plastics, also going to put some off-road tires on it. I chose it for the size and fuel mileage (100 mpg) my wife and I fit on it comfortably.

Better view if the steps and back porch. Sprayed color near the floor and where I’ll be putting the walls and shower pan prior to permanently installing them.fabricating the shower pan and toilet cover. After grinding and polishing all the welds. Test fitting the drain ring. Installed the waterproof flooring.the lid is to keep the toilet dry while showering.

Almost got everyone caught up to what I’m currently working on. Started fabricating the walls. Lots going on in the bathroom walls electrical, sink plumbing next to the toilet, and shower plumbing.

How are you tying the aluminum frame to the walls?
