Keyed ignition

Just curious.
Has anyone added a keyed ignition to their Deuce?

Got one on my M109, I doubt it would keep the truck from being stolen though. What are your goals?

Get a universal 15amp or larger and wire it up. Do a search on here and it will give you a idea what wires are what. That or a multimeter works! Gimps right! Its a deterent but wont keep it from being stolen

yes I replaced my starter button witht he keyed switch from a caterpiller.

it has several positions and once you flip it to the start momentary setting you can't do it again untill going all the way to off. (safety lockout to avoid messing up the starter)
even has a hot when off wire for maintaining security or radio memory etc.

got it off ebay with 2 keys for 20$

Simple install, nothing complicated. Just replaced the push button.
