Right,final clean took place.Now the non return valve is non returning.Runs great.Amazing that a bit of gunge in such a small thing renders my blazer VOR.

Not to be Mr Bad news... That crap clogging the return check valve is coming from someplace. My guess is that your IP
Gaskets are taking the proverbial dump. Keep your return valve cleaning kit in the truck as you will probably be doing it again in the future. And
frequency of such cleanings will increase until the IP is rebuilt.
