My A0 came without a lamp test switch. Just a blank plate in the opening but a plug behind the dash. What lamps does this test and did all A0 have it?

Illuminates the coolant overheat and the tran oil overheat. Basically the two operable lights that do not come on when the power is turned on but the engine is off and cannot otherwise be tested like the turn signals and high beam.
Vehicles with the following serial numbers are not equipped with Lamp TestSwitch: 0002 through 0017, 0019 through 0025, 0027 through 0031, 0033through 0038, 0040 and 0041, 0043 through 0053, 0055 through 0089, 0091through 0254, 0256 through 0258, 0260 and 0261, 0263 through 2400, and2402 through 3091.

The plug may still be on the dash harness. If so then you can just plug a switch in. It’s momentary and the switch legends pop out and can be swapped between switches.
