LBCD Corroded terminals

Not sure what to make of this.

Can I replace just the studs? The nuts hold it to the case are nearly corroded thru.

Was working when removed. But not sure I want to put it back on in this condition.

Thoughts?

You can't (shouldn't really) try to replace the studs. They are epoxied in and custom (stepped with different threads.
I got a new one on ebay and some others have had good luck with the seller. Just search for 76761-N2003 and you'll see the $200 listing.

I'm fairly certain the leaking AOH pump did this. The intake heater solenoid had similar corrosion. I had to replace that already.

Clean em, coat them in silly grease and send it… they are NOT corroded where it counts…

Agreed, looks in decent shape (no telling about inside though)

If the potting is cracked or studs are loose the box will need replacing. If not you can wire brush the terminals and they should be fine.
