There are several that would like the work, you're just going to have to contact them. Look at the smaller boat yards first that have the hoist capable of lifting the weight of the boat. Our outfit has three aluminum LCM-8's (46 tons) and here in our part of Ohio, there is ONE marina that can lift them, (hull width is the issue, there's only 2 inches clearance on their dunnage boards in the well, the owner is afraid if she gets them out they won't line up going back in...... Yeah right not an issue with a split control rig, so instead, I have to hire commercial cranes) The work can be done by most yards, and the smaller ones are a bit 'hungry' and should give you a good rate. You looking at replacement of steel, or just sand sweeping, recoating and engine work? If you're doing some work yourself it saves, but are you looking for Coast Guard inspection status? THAT can cause real issues, you'll need a set of blueprints and such as well as getting approval for bulkhead changes and such. Good Luck.
