Lcm 8 landing craft

I am looking for blueprints of the front end/bow ramp (loading ramp) of LCM 8 Landing Craft.

Builder: Marinette Marine, Wisc. 1954
Hull No: 74cm200794

An option is to contact the National D-Day Museum in New Orleans. I know they have the blueprints for everything Higgins Boat built, and they may have built the LCM 8's post war. BTW, welcome to the site. You might try posting on the ships forum over on G503 as well. I'm sure these prints are buried somewhere in the Bureau of Ships archives, but it might take days to find them, and might be classified. Might be worth a call to them too. Good luck.

Thank you so much for the info. I will try that. I greatly appreciate your help. We contacted Marinette Marine and they said there was a fire many years ago and they lost all the records on the older models. Hopefully the museum will have some info.
