I recently put a 6 on the front of my m1028. With that being said my 85 k10 diesel appears to have the same dimensions but a 2 leaf. I just happen to have the 3 leaf fronts by the shed measuring the same 47"x2 3/4" dimensions. Front and rear width are the same as well. How much more ride height do you think I'll get out of the cucv springs since the d30 only had 28k miles when pulled?

The weight of a 6.2 diesel is more than a big block, so it will raise the front of your K10 and stiffen the ride.

The 2 leaf Chevy 3/4 ton front springs and the 3 leaf Chevy CUCV M1009 front springs have the exact same ride height was my experience when I swapped from 2 to 3 on my Suburban. The 3 leaf pack was available on the "snow plow" package and the CUCV trucks. Stiffer ride for sure. Which I like so I am happy.
