I looked at the TM for the rebuild of the injector with no luck. On the back side of the IP facing the engine is a large rectangular plate that is leaking. It is held on by two small bolts. I am not sure if using loctite alone will cure this leak or if i should put a gasket on it. There does not appear to be a gasket on the "plate" at the present time... ANyone have any ideas...

You looked in the TM9-2910-226-34 ? There are exploded views in there. Is the plate on the governer end, or pump section? Can you snap a pic of it?
