LED’s and No Brake lights or Rear Turn Signal

I replaced all my my lighting on my M1123 to LED’s and now I get no Brake Lights or Rear Turn Signals in Service Drive. I have switched out light switch to no avail, and replaced the turn signal switch and that did not fix the issue. Anyone got any ideal what I may be overlooking? All advice would be really appreciated.
