How many wrecks did the 1" of snow cause for you USAFSS??????
While snow here IS an unusual event here in west Texas, and most "southern" drivers don't know how to deal with it, we had suprisingly few accidents around here this time. (Although snow typically spikes our accident statistics.)

On my commute to work (about 8 miles), most everyone was being cautious, but I counted one idiot and one TOTAL idiot throwing caution to the wind.

As for me.... My very first driving experience was in an M38 with snowplow, clearing parking lots, driveways and sidewalks in New Jersey in the early '70's... (I didn't have a licence yet, so we'd tow the little jeep with a larger plow between business locations.) Snow is a "piece of cake" for me :-D

Snow is never a relaxing drive on pavement with an M35 shod with NDT/NDCC's and no chains..... As far as I take it, you notherners can keep it. My Unimog will handle about all I want it to with stock tires and no chains.... The deuce without chains would be a religious experience waiting to happen....

Besides, the Unimog has a cab heater stock and the Deuce doesn't!
Cheers,

Thank you for the kind comment. I did bob it myself, with the help of some friends. I am about 1.5 to 2 hours from 48336. If you need any help or have any questions with your projects I am happy to assist.
