lid needed for buffalo

I desperately need a lid for my son's m149 does anyone have any ideas where I can find one I need the complete assembly someone suggested I get one form the manufacturer however I was advised that just the lid would be around 400 that would not include any of the other parts that go with a lid any assistance would be greatly appreciated

I am also looking for canvas for a vehicle maintenance tent i have a complete tent but the canvas has more holes than my pockets thanks

I would put a wanted ad in the classifieds for the M149 lid. It might take a while, but eventually someone will part one out.

I just check the -361-24P shows a different NSN and P/N than the M149A2. The M107, M149 and M149A2 all use different lids than each other. I'm looking to.

i found a complete tank in ashboro but the price was $1400. That was way too much for me. i am not sure if i have the 149 or the 149 a2 i will have to check thanks for the help i am going to post a wanted add when i find out which one i need. I wonder if they would be interchangable even though they may not be exact fits fred

NO The M149 is a fiberglass tank, the M149A2 is a stainless steel tank. Now if you have the fiberglass tank M149 or a M107 I've seen those listed.

The lid for the M149A2 came as a lid or a lid and gasket. It did not come with all the mounting hardware. Unlike the earlyer M149 lid that could be ordered as a unit. So unless you find some one parting out a tank, you will most likly have to pice it together. Sam Winer has the old one for the M149's for $250 NOS. The lid's seem to have been put on backwards on alot of these witch seems like they could come open and get tron off. So there may not be too many extar out there. If you do fine any let me know I'm looking for one too.
