Alright, I'll start. There is Idaho Motor Pool. He is a dealer, but has quite a parts pile laying around. Call first.
There was a guy in Ephrates Washington, Larry Tomer. (He might have passed away by now) He had piles of Goat, Duece, and Humvee stuff.
There is also a guy in Nampa, Idaho, that has about 10 (if not more) closed cab WW2 trucks--WC's I think they are called. On Garrity Blvd, near the Interstate. He has a bunch of stuff.

I'll think of a few more...........................

Yep, Alex @ Idaho motorpool is probly the biggest and most well known.

There was Jim @ Military truck just outside of Weiser but last time I was past there 2 weeks ago lots of stuff has been cleaned up-I've heard he is winding down-heading for retirement.

There was a WWII veteran just a couple miles from my place that had gathered up quite a bunch of iron over the years. He passed away few years back and the family was trying to clean up the place.I tried to work with the owner (daughter) to help move some stuff out but then the (extended family) got involved and the whole program went to H&LL!

PERFECT Halftrack frame (uncut and unbroke/not welded)with winch and bumper, 1 crab set/bogies and a track.Front axle complete out to lugs

IH M5H6 2 1/2 Ton frame with winch and PERFECT under seat gas tank.

GMC AFKWX Cabover frame. With wheels and hubs, and that funky frame cross brace and the air cleaner.

G-506 frame with bumperettes ,pintle and braces.(We REALLY needed that one for GF's truck restore)

CCKW complete with good inst panel, perfect windshield frame, full set wheels/rotten tires.
COMPLETE under the hood

Lots of combat wheels

AND!! Because someone had to prove a point/get in a snit/family bickering, all this iron (and much more) can now be found at your local Wally Mart in the cheap throw away tool section!:evil::evil::evil::evil:!!

Bill, I was in Nampa about a week ago--I saw that yard on Garrity.Just has to be the same one you are speaking of.Seems he does concentrate on the Dodges, I like how he has the open cab pickup with trailer sitting on top of the shipping container! Looks like that would slow down the problem of parts walking off in the middle of the night LOL!Looks to be a towing company-he also had a recovered CCKW sitting on his roll bed parked in the locked yard when we saw it.I was gonna ask if he was in the club or if you knew him----

Jim

Sneaker you bringing one to the rally this summer?
Not sure if I am going to be able to make it. I am here in Ohio with the wife who is stationed at Wright Patterson AFB. So most of my trips back to Oregon are to visit family and let them get their grandma and grandpa time in. Doesn't leave a lot of time to play trucks. However my father in law who has the trucks at his place in Roseburg may take his to the rally. Will have to "push" him a little. He is on SS daily reading so he will probably find this ;)

My father in law and I planned to do a coast trip and our motor pool PM and paint jobs this summer....

So a place in Eastern, er, Central WA and I was there and no one told me about it? Wife would have killed me if I had stopped anyway... And it being a Sunday, they probably would have been closed too... Didn't find too many sidewalks over there, on Sunday, if ya know what I mean...
