LMTV Allison transmission bad keypad?

Haven't found this particular issue discussed, a probable bad keypad "button". The 'down' arrow is non-responsive. Cannot force a lower gear limit while driving, and cannot engage 1st gear. There is no beep either.

Other than that the LMTV drives and shifts great (got it yesterday so it's a new one to me).

Can the button be repaired or do I need a whole new display? I know I can buy new cover sheets.

Is it's a WTECII it can be repaired. If it's a WTEC 3 then you need to replace the unit.
