Location for home made fuel sender access hatch?

I failed to take any pictures during the process, but pretty much identical to the example I posted when I started the thread (I abandoned the dzus clip theory once I got the correct hatch material). The HMMWV I have has the plywood tunnel insulation, and once I installed that, I couldn't tell anything was there.
