Its not real hard if you have set up diffs before, it will be easier to pull the bed off so you can use a hoist to lift out 3rd member, every bolt is safety wired, pay attention to the bearing pre-load and you will have a little more backlash(due to locker pre-load . Instructions come with the locker . good luck John
