Gp, s are good, relay clicks on and off just fine. No smoke out the exhaust.

Bad GP relay not passing voltage / current to the glow plugs? The contacts can get carboned up.

There is current to plugs. 12v on both sides of relay. Im inclined to think air in fuel. I just recently tightened the input line to the ip. its a 1/4 in line correct?
