Starting at -5C / 23F
He could have had a better start if he would have held it longer in pre heat (about 1 minute at 23F) but his 24 V Bosch battery is a bit weak he says.

interestingly, Bosch had to make those batteries after 1990 when the Bundeswehr and NVA where merged in the reunification process
