looking for a couple parts

I am looking for the parts the hold the spare tire to the mount.

Not sure all that is needed but I have nothing.

I think there is a flat round plate and a bolt with wings.

Anyone have this stuff?

I was just heading to the junkyard this afternoon to pick up one of the little wing windows on the left front door. I believe the Blazer I am going to buzzard has one of those tire get-ups. I'll check when I go out there.
