Looking for help with left track on sherman tank

Everytime when me and my team of restorators try to move it it keeps on coming apart

Hi is it the wide track hvss or narrow track vvss ? Sherman.when do you get the track coming off going forward straight or turning or going backward turning?

It don't come off when we turn it. it is the hvss
