I am seeking pictures of service M939 with sincgars radios installed with all the accessories. Please post any pics you have seen or links to pics of real world trucks with radios installed in the middle of the cab.

Thanks for your help!

The issue mount for the 939 series SUCKS...... it will rattle itself to death quickly. I had 15+ of them when I was in the Army. Best thing to do is bolt the mount to the front of the passenger seat with the controls facing up.

Thanks for the info. I am just making a display and have one of those fake trainer radios which is very light. I think I have accumulated all the tidbits but wanted to see it put together in real world not tm's drawings.

I was curious where the ls671 speaker(s) got mounted- did they use more than one and the handset bracket placement?

I have also seen that the radios can be doublestacked with the appropriate holder. I was wandering if the typical m939 was a single or double ?

Also my curiosity if BFT was used at the same time with a sincgars in the same truck?

Most 5 tons had the single radio, but my unit had the dual units, 1 for normal radio comms, and the 2nd for what was then pre BFT.
