Looking for this Footmans loop

I'm looking for this strap bracket. I've tried every hardware store in my area but no dice.

Anyone know a source and the correct name for this part?

It is called a "Footmans Loop" and I see them on Epay all the time if you cannot find them let me know

Footman loop is the comen name there are many diffrant sizes and they changed over the years

I just pulled four of those off of an aluminum entry ladder for a box van I have. Let me know what size they are and I might be able to help you out.

Thanks everyone...I was going crazy trying to find those, several web searches and still could'nt find them. Searched Footmans loop and hit the jackpot.
