I keep loosing air pressure on shut down. I have checked every thing and the only thing that is leaking is the valve on the top back center of the fire wall. It acts like a pop off relief valve stuck open. What is it and can I repair it or do I have to replace it. Thanks for your help.

That is your air governor. What part of the governor is the air leaking out of? Is it leaking out of a fitting or is it leaking out of the cover where the adjusting screw is?

If it's leaking from the adjusting screw just take it off and carry it to the local NAPA or other truck parts store. They will have it.
