LTT / M1101 unloaded tongue weight?

Does anyone know the unloaded tongue weight for the bare chassis LTT series of trailers? I'm aware that they have 250 (M1101) and 420 (M1102) pound limits when loaded, but I'm trying to accurately place a load in a design so I need the starting point. I need the unloaded tongue weight for the bare trailer chassis, but the unloaded tongue weight for the M1101 or M1102 is probably close enough.

My 1102 is 225 # with no canvas top installed.
I checked it with a tongue weight scale.

According to the standard US Army trailer designe it sould be some 10 percent of the trailer curb weight. And this technically makes sence.
