M-38 Rifle Rack

Have recently acquired the rifle carrier for my 1952 M-38. Now I need to fabricate the brackets to mount it to the windshield frame. Does anybody have the measurements or specs. on these two brackets? I need to know width, thickness, overall length, and how/where to make the bends. Thanks!
