M1008 Axle question

I am looking at buying a herd of cucv's, and have a question: What front axle options would be found under the "truck" based cucvs? I am familiar with the dana 60 , but have been told there could be other less desirable front axle assemblies. If it helps, 2 are the standard M1008 type trucks, and 2 are what looks to be ambulance type trucks with walk thru cutouts from the box to the cab. Thanks.

The m1009 (blazer) has a Dana 44 in the front and a 10 bolt gov lock in the rear. 3.08 gear ratio

m1008 (k30) have D60 in front and 14bolt detroit locker in the rear. 4.56 gear ratio. The thing is for the trucks m1008 and other variants is that some have a limited slip diff ( m1028 ) in the front axle (you don't really know unless you pop the cover off and look)

I was always told that the M1009 was NOT a Dana 44 front axle. If it was I could sell everyone I have to local off road clubs. It is a GM 10 bolt axle also. I am open for clarification on this issue. Anyone? I don't see a 44 on the differential cast iron center flange gusset. Am I right or wrong? Please advise.

GM did NOT use a 44 in the blazers. It is and only is (proper English) a corporate ten bolt 8.5 inch axle. Having said that the spindles and axles can be interchanged but NOT the carrier.

Belftfed,
Granite Falls is about 3.5 hours west of you. I am planning on moving most of the stuff, though.

ETA: I bought this collection with an eye on mainly the deuce, m101, shelters, building 1 good cucv. The rest I am hoping to find homes for.
