His offer includes the NOS drums and the studs too. I elected to have him keep the drums and studs as they won't work for my application and it cuts down on shipping a bunch. They are on the front porch awaiting my return.

Got home today and had a looksee at them. Slight rust stain on the shoes, that is all. The cables are perfect and feel like they have been coated with preservative. Everything inside and out has paint on it and not the slightest signs of rust or decay. Once I get them on the axle I will pull the wheel cylinders apart for inspection. Factory plugs are in place and I'd bet there was some type of preservative inside the cylinders before shipping. Great deal on these.
