M1008 Seat Bracket

My 1008 was a radio truck at some point. I am gathering items to return it to that config. My truck has a mount on the front of the bench seat. CARC green with two wheel knobs on the plate. It matches the angle of the seat. I have not found what this is for. Any ideas?

Nope. Not that. That is (Plate, Mounting (A3014550-1)). I have that for the speaker. I will take a picture in the morning. Thanks for looking

No clue, never seen one of those. Looks shopmade by mil., not an ordnance item.

looks like a device to wind up extra ground cable. Maybe when they parked, they set a ground rod for the equipment.
