M1008 with 6" lift and 37" tires. Drop hitch question

My M1008 has a 6" lift with 37" hummer tires and wheels. I am wanting to put a reciever hitch on the truck and would like to know how big of a drop hitch others are using with this combo??

This is really going to depend on what kind of trailer you plan to tow.

Just a run of the mill 18' Utility trailer/car trailer.

Buy an adjustable height hitch, they work great if you have multiple trailers.

Amazon has a nice B & W receiver that fits the M1008. Then just get the right ball mount to go with it.

Most conventional trailers I have pulled like U-Haul or basic utility I've needed a 10" drop mount. I think for anything serious I would want a trailer with a taller ride height and maybe even with a lunette to avoid excess leverage.

I have a stock 1028a1 with 9.00x16 tires (36") tires and I use a 5" but really need a 7"
