Where can I find one??!!
Anyone know the front shaft OD
or a replacement boot #?

The TM shows part #7845127

Did a web search with part number in the TM
No luck

Searched SS site
No luck

Called Spicer
nothing crosses to spicer number
and they have about 20 different dust boots
Gave them the complete shaft number
No luck

Only solution is to cut it off and measure ID of
boot and hope Spicer makes one that will fit.

Thanks!

I saw limited quantities listed, did you try contacting any of them?

Fleetpride is where I go for all my driveshaft repairs.

Take it to them. I have the front driveshafts rebuilt for about $120. when i drop them off bent. Any truck that vibrates with the hubs locked i send the driveshaft out for rebuilding. Not an everyday event but when it is bent or the spines worn out you do what you have to do. I took the dust boot off of a few and just clean and grease the splines on a semi annual basis. I found the dust boot was a rust and moisture holder when ever it had a small tear in it. It would collect moisture and just cause more problems. that me do as you must.
