Is it normal with a new brake pad install to smell a little burning brakes after install? Or is this a sign that I need new calipers?
Steel Soldiers now has a few new forums, read more about it at: New Munitions Forums!
I wouldn't consider it so. Check the caliper for binding. If it is binding, check to see if you have a bad hose. As the hoses get old the rubber collapses internally and can restrict the pressure from returning back up the lines. Is it normal with a new brake pad install to smell a little burning brakes after install?
