M1009 CUCV Wiper motor replacemed, now wipers stop in up position

M1009 CUCV Wiper motor replacemed, washer and intermittent dont work

I replaced the wiper motor with a new unit, and now washer and intermittent don't work.

I put a meter on the wire harness and there is no power to both 2 prong harnesses, only the 3 prong one is hot.

fuse is good.

Any suggestions?

mechanical issue,i just fixed this exact problem on mine yesterday, take the motor off and rotate your wiper arms down,then hook the motor back up
