M1009 electrical problem with dash gauges, wipers stuck and seatbelt buzzer

My m1009 has an electrical issue that occurred all at once. First I heard a clicking from the inside middle dashboard. Days after I was driving home the clicking was rapidly increasing, then my gauges stopped working and wipers got stuck upright in my driving view. I replaced all four black relays under the dash on the metal strip. As well as the ignition switch and silver retangluar relay next to the four relays. My wipers and gauges wont work. Plus, my buzzer wont stop buzzing til my seatbelt is fastened wasnt like that before. Please anyone with helpful advice please help winter is approaching in Alaska. Thx

There is a ribbon cable that attaches to the back of the instrument panel, these are famous for bad connections then burning out. I think you are wasting your time and money by hanging new parts without finding out what the actual problem is, your'e just guessing.

What does the.cable.look like.or attached to? Is the part local available.
