M1009 Rear Window Question

...should my rear window roll all the way down? When it bottoms out, there is about 1/2" of glass still showing. I figured that's why the top is painted with a red stripe, but shouldn't it conceal completely in the door?

Mine goes down all the way. Does your tailgate open and close? There is a linkage in the botton of the gate that makes it so you have to put the window all the way down before you can open the gate. I took mine out.

yeah, tailgate opens and closes with no problem.
